Emerald Management & Consulting is a full-service property management company dedicated to consistently providing high quality comprehensive management, accounting, and consulting services to diverse types of communities.

We offer knowledgeable and experienced professionals who work with owners to identify the needs of the community, develop a plan to accomplish goals and objectives, implement and monitor progress, and deliver results.

We offer services ranging from occasional consulting for budgets, major projects, and owner meetings to full service management including emergency assistance 24 hours a day.

Through our partnerships with banking institutions and software systems we are able to offer our clients electronic solutions to association problems. Our management style is high tech and paperless, offering the association Board of Directors access to association records via our cloud based systems to view financials, approve reserve expense invoices, review owner violations, architectural requests, community notices. It also gives homeowners real time access to their account history and community documents, manage automatic withdrawal or submit one-time payments, as well as allowing owners to update their information at any time from any location.

Managing Members Jean Norberg, Heather Collins, John Brown, and Nicole Lemons have worked collaboratively for over eight years, with a combined knowledge base of over 70 years in the real estate management industry. We have experience with established communities, newly transitioned associations, and associations under developer control as well as historic buildings and large-scale communities.

We partner with our association clients to guide them through the day-to-day operations of their assets as well as working with them through litigation and renovation projects resulting from construction defects, deferred maintenance, and insured and non-insured property losses.
